This notice explains how LisFlow handles information when people use the commerce workspace, website and connected services.
Information we handle
We process a verified email, optional name, account preferences, product content, files, prompts, support messages, usage events, billing references and technical logs. Email passwords are handled and securely hashed by Supabase Auth; LisFlow does not store them. ChatGPT sign-in remains available. Payment card details remain with the payment provider.
Why and how we use it
We use information to provide, secure and improve LisFlow, generate requested content, synchronize selected services, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Provider access is limited to the task requested by the user.
Storage, sharing and choices
Account data and owned files are separated by verified identity. Users can correct profile details and delete eligible account data from the protected account page; active subscriptions must be cancelled first. Retention and hosting regions must be finalized before launch.
